The Reason I know what I know is because I have broken more things then you. We must learn from our failures.

I am currently an Unemployed VP of infrastructure. The title scares many away but I was truly a hands-on technology VP. I have a deep background in trouble shooting. And have studied the art for years. But I have a deeper passion to grow Technology Engineers. I want them to realize that understanding what they are working on is key. And throwing darts to get something to work. May work but often opens up other issues. So Understanding the technology you are working on is key. And realizing that you can be wrong.
